Coronavirus Update

As lockdown measures begin to ease, The Boys' Brigade is working with partner organisations and other uniformed youth organisations on achieving a safe return to face-to-face activity.

The Brigade's approach is to plan for a return to face-to-face activity from the beginning of next session. We are working hard behind the scenes to develop a guidance framework to assist Companies, which we aim to issue by the end of July. Once the green light is given it will be for Companies to follow the framework and determine when and how each individual group can safely return. It will all be about building confidence with leaders, young people and their parents.

We understand that this might be a disappointment to those who had camps and other activities planned over the summer months, but we encourage you to continue to use the #BBatHOME Activity Packs and Virtual Sessions to engage with members, as well as other resources such as the Fundraising Challenge and #BBatHOME Camp (see below).

Our Chief Executive Jonathan Eales will be providing a further update to leaders next week to explain our plans.
